Our Team
Our team brings together four key areas of expertise: ecology, land management, business operations, and finance. Combining these disciplines draws on a wealth of knowledge that not only benefits our core habitat restoration but enables Naturebank to operate with consistency and integrity.
Rob brings valuable expertise in managing complex projects, balancing commercial objectives and overseeing interdisciplinary teams. Rob has worked as a developer, delivering environmentally conscious housing, and has an in-depth understanding of the planning process, the complexities of BNG from a developer’s perspective and the discharging of planning conditions. Rob is excited to restore nature to give back to local communities.
Kate has a grounding in practical applied conservation management and protected species survey and identification. Kate manages an independent ecological consultancy, conducting baseline assessments and monitoring. With this background, Kate acts as the bridge between ecology, planning, and Naturebank’s clients to ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality, compliant BNG outcomes that withstand regulatory scrutiny. Kate strongly believes the natural world deserves the chance to prosper and thrive in the modern world.
